I have written to Mr. Looker as in the
copy of the letter attached. The papers have now come on to the S. of S. from Sir S. Wilson, but Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister has been so busy during the last few days that it has not been possible for him to look at the Foreshore and Sea Bed Works
Ordinance in its revised form, or to take the papers
away with him this weekend. I think, therefore, the best arrangement will be that, some time before
